Heuristics, a main testing component in PSLE Math is a stumbling block for many students, keeping them from achieving their desired math grade. 

 

By popular demand from parents, our curriculum team has spent the last three years formulating our Ikigai Method of teaching Heuristics through a programme - Building Blocks of Heuristics.  

 

The concepts are illustrated to students as they go through the journey from lower primary to upper primary. Students can finally truly understand the use of heuristics when they see the full picture as they learn the range of concepts through a step by step progression. 

 

After your child undergoes our Building Blocks of Heuristics Bootcamp, they see Heuristics differently and develop newfound confidence in tackling the 4 -5 mark word problems in the PSLE!

 

In addition, your child will receive a COPY of our in-house Heuristics Guidebook, exclusively available only to students of Ikigai Math.

This bootcamp focuses on providing students a clear framework and structure to prepare for PSLE through a journey learning process. 

All concepts are shown in a progressive manner as the students learn through a scaffolded sequence of questions. 

 

For each Heuristics Concept:

Dates: 13 March and 14 March 2023, Monday and Tuesday

Time: 9.30 a.m. -  12.30 p.m.

Fee: $200 (for both days)
